Job Description

Role Purpose:

Design implementation & verification of eNVM & ePCM & repective TestVehicle.

Detailed Responsibilities description:

The major responsibilities are :-
1) Design & implementation of eNVM & ePCM memories solution for various nodes of BCD technologies.
2) Block level and Top level verification of eNVM & ePCM & related Testvehicle development.
3) Support of existing offer evolution, updates on existing & upcoming nodes.

Must have skills:

Experience in Circuit design with Hands-on experience in analog circuits like current mirror, voltage regulators, high voltage generation circuits (charge-pump).
Experience in Analog & eNVM design with high voltage domain management.
Experience in analog Mix Signal Simulation.

Good to have skills:
Experience in Layout design, preferably on Cadence virtuoso.
Knowledge of Skill & physical verification tools (DRC/LVS) .
Excellent team player with flexibility to adapt for changing business needs and priorities.

Qualification & Experience

BTECH/BE/MTECH in Electronics or equivalent with 3-7 years of experience.
