Talent Acquisition (Strategy Planning & Implementation) Design, implement and maintain the appropriate processes, innovative hiring methodologies, tools, systems and training necessary to scale and support the function Workforce Analytics Leadership Hiring, HR Compliance & Audits
Responsible for recruitment, employment branding, campus hiring and other administrative functions responsible as a reviewer for their performance assessment (Learning, Contribution & Growth).

Should have 6-10 years of relevant experience in IT (Product based company), Telecom, Electrical Industry,, E-Commerce only.
Should have experience in handling technical positions .
Should be post graduate from Premiere institute only.
