Functional Area: Sales
Job Summary: As a Renewal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving Renewals revenue for allSupport Maintenance contracts within an assigned territory.
This will require the ability to:
Meet monthly/quarterly and annual revenue targets
Quoting customers 90 days prior to contract expiration so that all customer accounts are resolved prior tothe expiration date
Manage all renewal opportunities and activity notes in CRM system
Manage the opportunity pipeline from week to week, providing accurate and timely updates toManagement on progress and outlook
Engaging in regular follow-up with Customers/Partners/Distributors for on-time execution of PurchaseOrders for maintenance renewals.
Explain to Customers and channel partners the product and support benefits of continuing theirmaintenance contract .
Qualify Customers for potential up-sell opportunities of support services
Maintain a strong understanding of current and new products, as well as promotions
Ensure proper customer data is collected and input into the database
Qualifications & Skills
Language proficiency (with excellent written/verbal communication skills)
Minimum of 2+ years in Contract Renewal, Sales, Inside Sales and/or Customer facing role
AMER/EMEA. Preferably International Sales
Experience in IT Products and Service Industry
Experience CRM systems, such as NetSuite or SalesForce a plus
A general understanding of Contracts and terms specific to maintenance
Experience managing and driving resale performance and developing joint enablement strategies is a plus.
Excellent organization and time management skills; able to manage highly complex and/or criticalcustomer issues
DesiredCompetence with reporting and information management tools, including MS Office(Excel/Word/Powerpoint)
Demonstrable experience in a role involving critical thinking: i.e. ability to analyze issues, make decisionsand problem solve self-sufficiently, without requiring ongoing direction setting. Pragmatic decisionmaking where exceptions are required.
Ability to manage and handle conflict professionally and to drive to resolution
Bachelors degree or equivalent in a numerate, technical or business discipline
