Roles and Responsibilities

What One Will Do

Will collaborate with our Talent Acquisition teams across our geographies and business areas, to continue to drive the evolution of the Organization Talent Acquisition model. This will include:

  • Working with Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Delivery leaders to ensure the successful transition to the new segmented TA model.
  • Co-ordinating knowledge sharing across areas so that the model can be best implemented
  • Partnering closely with Group Function TA SMEs as we implement new RPO partner models to ensure that there is a consistent approach to deploying the strategy.
  • Evaluating the model efficacy using several data points such as customer experience data and segment performance data
  • Ensuring that TA reporting capabilities continue to evolve not only aligned to segmented hiring but also to more sophisticated reporting & predictive analytics (in partnership with HR Analytics organisation and our TA reporting team).
  • Liaising with the Transformation project team to ensure solutions alignment with the TA Operating model.
  • Owning the governance of changes to roles being delivered in different segments in close partnership with TA Leaders.
  • Focusing on key change initiatives to satisfy different needs of different partners.
  • Building cases for new required capabilities (internal or external) in line with business strategy and hiring demands.
  • Seeing opportunities to integrate TA processes with broader HR processes and functions such as Rewards, Talent management, L&D and HR Analytics.

  • An effective relationship builder and will be experienced in working with and coordinating; TA leaders, Global Shared Services teams, colleagues and outsourced partners.
  • Core attributes should include; Strong communication skills, consensus building, positive team worker, innovative thinking, open for motivating change, a leader with vision combined with a pragmatic approach.
  • Have an ability to engage with people at all levels
  • Data centric in approach with well honed analytical skills to be able to make the case for change using data to tell the story

Experience

  • Extensive experience working in an internal Talent Acquisition function preferably at a global or international level.
  • Strong eye for business and clear understanding of how to integrate talent strategy with business
  • Broad knowledge of functional HR talent areas
  • Extensive experience with international TA solutions including experience defining and running complex internal and external (RPO) delivery solutions.
  • Previous Recruitment delivery leadership across a growing International organisation
  • Experience working with Change management in projects, crafting presentations for maximum impact and finding opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience with project management principals would be very beneficial.
